All Spiffy Bakeshop products are certified gluten free under the Canadian Celiac Association’s Gluten-Free Certification Program. Spiffy Bakeshop has undergone an audit process with the Celiac Association to ensure that our facility is safe and 100 percent gluten free.
Although we recommend keeping Sliced bread in the freezer, it can be left on the shelf for 3-5 days. We do not recommend keeping it in the fridge as it will dry out. Desserts such as Monkey Do Banana Bread & Cocoa Punch Minibrownies can be left in the fridge for 2 weeks. We do not recommend having any of our frosted desserts on your shelf as they contain dairy.”
