THE FACTS ON OUR PRODUCTS

All Spiffy Bakeshop products are certified gluten free under the Canadian Celiac Association’s Gluten-Free Certification Program. Spiffy Bakeshop has undergone an audit process with the Celiac Association to ensure that our facility is safe and 100 percent gluten free.

Absolutely NOT! We only use ingredients that are GMO free.

Spiffy Bakeshop gluten free bakery products are found in the frozen section, or in the health & wellness frozen section of your grocery store.

As some of our products contain nuts, our facility is NOT peanut and tree nut free.

The Glorious Vegan sliced bread is our completely vegan product.

Some of our products are lactose free. These include: Captain Quinoa Sliced Bread, Nutty Honey Sliced Bread, Bravo Sliced Bread, Food Truck Style Hamburgers, Ball Park Style Hot Dog, Sicilian Market Style Ciabatta Bread.

NO, our products are not certified kosher.

 FROZEN IS THE NEW FRESH!

All Spiffy Bakeshop products are clean label, and thus do not contain any preservatives Thus recommended for optimal freshness Spiffy Bakeshop products are kept in the freezer.

Our Sliced Breads last for 9 months, while our desserts last for 6 months.

Although we recommend keeping Sliced bread in the freezer, it can be left on the shelf for 3-5 days. We do not recommend keeping it in the fridge as it will dry out. Desserts such as Monkey Do Banana Bread & Cocoa Punch Minibrownies  can be left in the fridge for 2 weeks. We do not recommend having any of our frosted desserts on your shelf as they contain dairy.”
